This B list mostly movie actress who is that high only because of her name and not talent got into an argument because she tried to go into a mosque in shorts and a t-shirt and didn't know why she couldn't.

    I spent a summer in Greece as a child and I can remember touring and going into churches. My mother was forever trying to cover me up in sweaters or skirts & I wanted nothing to do with it bc of the heat. LOL.

    Hollywood seems to insulate people so badly. I think that's part of the reason people get so po'd when an actor starts to spout off about politics and world events. This just proves the general public correct.

    Honestly I went on a tour of Jerusalem courtesy of a customer of mine and the tour guide told me to bring something that would cover my arms and legs even before we left. It truly never occurred to me. Glad I had some guidance. (We only visited Christian churches and Jewish temples.)

    I think Alba. I read somewhere she was visiting Turkey. About 12 years ago (post 9/11) we traveled to Istanbul. I bought a beautiful pashmina scarf at the Grand Bazaar just to have a head covering with me when we went into a mosque. Only an idiot would walk into a mosque in a t-shirt and shorts. My guess is if she had a scarf to put on, she would have been just fine.

    It's not just muslims. I had to cover up going into the Vatican (as a lapsed catholic I did know I had to do that but my atheist friends needed to be warned). Only had a polypro top, just about died of the heat, but no way in hell would I take it off. Totally worth it, it was staggeringly beautiful

    Jessica Alba not knowing or not caring that she was offending religious people in their house of worship demonstrates how dumb and nasty she has always been. She couldn't pull that shit in the Vatican, Rashi Shul, Bodh Gaya and certain Mormon and Protestant churches in the US, either. Being blatantly offensive about people's religion is always a cunty move.
