Video Of A Drug And Booze Overdose Ruined The Child Custody Case For This Actress

Radar has decided to movie into the world of blind items, at least for today. They have a new story up that says a "world famous, award winning actress," recently lost a child custody battle because her assistant played the court a cell phone video which showed the actress almost lifeless after a drug and booze overdose that some are calling a suicide attempt. The assistant stated that the actress, who is middle aged stole prescription pills from the assistant and swallowed them all. The actress is now fighting to get custody back of her kids. How many actresses recently lost a custody fight? How many are middle aged? Kelly Rutherford pops to my mind, but is she a "world famous, award winning actress?"

    Besides, this is an actress who had a custody case already go to trial. Even if CZJ and MD are divorcing, they would not be that far along in the process.

    I kinda thought Nicole Kidman, but her mom is alive and is she beloved by the public?

    I actually kinda sounded like Angie referencing her dying young like her Mom and would have been around the time of her having had mastectomy which could have added to her anxiety over dying young. She is so skinny which plays to "hadn't eaten in days" and rumor is she likes the booze. But, I think she has been photographed with kids recently so that part would not fit.

    Jenna guess is very good.
    I remember her going INSANE on Twitter a while back; posting pics of Tito's drugs (steroids) to prove he is an unfit dad.
    He still has custody, so what has she done?

    And jenna has a very long history with drugs and booze and she and her ex have been arrested multiple times for fights and abuse at their home.

    Enty doesn't disclose what awards, but Jenna won A LOT of AVN awards and is called 'world's famous xxx star'

    It can't be Jenna. The Radaronline post about this clearly states the awards were world level and she is known internationally as a star of the silver screen. This makes it not Jenna and not Kelly.

    The Radar story is a heaping bowl of BS.

    According to well-placed sources, the ex-colleague of the top star told court that she had overdosed on a potentially lethal cocktail of Xanax, Vicodin and Ambien, which she knocked back with up to eight bottles of top-shelf Dom Pérignon champagne.

    Eight bottles of champagne on top of a drug cocktail after not having "eaten for days" and the assistant reports:

    “When I returned, I found her on the dining room floor face down. I turned her around and was shaking her and trying to wake her up. She opened her eyes and started convulsing.

    “She could have been out for an hour.

    “I thought she was dead or dying. That is why I recorded the video because I wanted to make sure no one thought we killed her.”


    The BS breaker:

    Despite the lucky escape, the star refused to be treated at a hospital or enter rehab.

    Logical fallacy, sweetie, because I never said that. I said that if it was rumoured that Halle Berry is "pushing needles," well, she is...to inject insulin.

    She COULD be a user, sure, and I didn't say that she couldn't be. I don't think that she is, though, but someone may have hard proof that I don't have. I DO know about the diabetes, though, and so would a lot of folks who follow celeb gossip.

    Among other awards, Jenna has won the Hot d'Or in Cannes. That's international, and this blind is most definitely about her.
