Brooke Mueller Gets To See Her Kids
In a very complicated process, Brooke gets to see her kids on the weekends but has to stay within the eyes of the case worker and everyone else. She does not get to be alone with them. Kind of like Charlie Sheen with his kids, so they have that in common. Brooke is lucky that Charlie decided to go ahead and keep footing the bill for her accommodations and workers, because he did not have to. I wonder if this will be her life from now on? Is she going to have to be watched for the rest of her life? I think she needs someone for a year at least, maybe two. She won't though. She will rebel at some point and then she has to make a decision on her own.

This whole situation gives me the sads.
Here it comes up again: Martin Sheen cannot see his kids on his own.. not sure there was a court ruling on the matter after the fights, the threats and the violence between him and Brooke or a call back to that blind of a famous dad "pedo" proclivities, the one where it's not too much of an issue because it's made sure he is never alone with the kids.
Maybe I am reading too much into this..
The kid on the right looks exactly like Sam sheen when she was about that age.
This broad is nothing but a useless famewhoring, money-grubbing drug addict. Do your children a favor and leave them with Denise Richards. Get out of their lives and give them a fighting chance.

If I had her money and her intense addictions, here is what I would do, seriously: move to an ashram or someplace that is drug-free and has a lot of people around, but where they keep you busy.
I just say "ashram" because I have been impressed with the Sivananda yoga/meditation centers, not as a "religion" per se but as a philosophy and a focus on clean living. And they're nothing like the scam rip-off ashrams like the ones in Oregon with the Swami who rode in luxury cars.
In the back of my head, I've long thought that if everything went completely to hell in my life, I'd do that.

Being drug free for 90 days when you don't have a choice isn't going to reform a hard core user. Wish her the best of course, but not placing any bets.

Hollywood is country by itself. There is know sense on Hollywood obeys laws, they live by there own rules. Other states follow the laws and enforced them.
California has explicit "multiple second chances" clauses in the child custody statutes regarding parents with substance abuse problems. However, I think she would be ruled a permanently unfit mother in most jurisdictions, including LA County. Even a trainwreck like Charlie could probably keep full custody and mandate only supervised visitation on a permanent basis.
