Amanda Bynes Goes To Court

This morning, Amanda Bynes will be back in court. She is growing very familiar with this court and it seems like she has appeared there several times over the past two weeks. Today a judge will have a choice to make. The choice Amanda wants is to be set free and to do what she wants. The judge could order her to go back to the hospital for 30 days which could also mean putting the state in charge of her. The way that would happen is if the doctors ask the court to keep her. If the doctors say they don't see the need for another 30 days, the judge could order that Amanda be placed under a temporary conservatorship of her parents who could then put her in the hospital themselves at least until the end of September when a permanent hearing would be held. There could be other variations of the above plan put in place too. Later this morning we will find out if wig shops need to be on high alert for an Amanda release or if things will continue to be really quiet with her locked up.

lalaland923 said...: Amanda needs to be hospitalized or in inpatient care for her to get the care she needs. Whether or not that includes a conservatorship is yet to be seen. Personally, I believe she needs it bc left to her own devices she is not capable of caring for herself at this time.

That being said, as a long time fan of The Wanted for many years, their new single We Own The Night comes out on iTunes this weekend. The band is failing compared to 1 Direction, and TW has not been able to grab on to the success of Glad You Came. TW is managed by Scooter Braun, ass***e bieber's manager and I'm pretty much convinced this Lohan thing is all a paid Publicity stunt for the band to generate buzz and pr for the guys. We all know LiLo is a desperate escort who accepts money from rich foreigners, so I wouldn't put this past her to play a role and get to party in the process. Anyway, there is no way Max George would ever hit Lindsay. She is not pretty enough for him. He goes for the supermodel/gorgeous actress types, not a washed out drug addicted fugly Lindsay.; 7:18 AM

Lisa said...: Her parents have been made her guardian until Sept 30th and then another hearing will be had to make a further determination at that time. I am afraid that Amanda suffers paranoia schizophrenia and with that diagnosis the person does need help and a guardian as they have lots of issues.
Having to become my sons guardian was the hardest decision of my life but it wasn't one I took lightly and I don't think her parents will either. Trust me the courts watch a guardian very closely and you account for every thing you do!
I have to account for every penny I spend. I also have to document all his doctor appointments and who they are and why he sees them. I have to be able to explain why he is on certain medications and if something is changed why and it needs to be documented for the courts. I also need to make sure I keep up on all his other normal things like dental, eye and yearly physical appointments or I will be asked why he hasn't had them!
You have a yearly and then there is an even longer 2 year report and trust me they ask some in depth questions about the person that is under guardianship as they want to make sure you are caring for them.; 11:48 AM
Zeeky_Boogy_Doog said...: Jfer Warr - From the different news items, she tried to only set a driveway on fire (???) but accidentally spilled gasoline on her dog and herself. When she realized, she made a beeline for the restroom of the nearest shop and started washing the gas off the dog.

Don't worry about that photo Enty used, it's old. Well, old as in not taken today... she's still in hospital. It was also said after the gasoline incident that the dog is OK and is in the care of her parents.; 3:47 PM
