Blind Item #1 - Easy

This former A list franchise actor is a B- without his franchise. It would not shock me to see this foreign born actor down to a C or even a D in a few years. But, he does have a backup career. For the past year or so, you can find our actor dressed in drag with some of his friends and performing at shows. Apparently he is pretty good at it.

  1. This is totally RPatz, right? I bet he makes a pretty girl.

  2. @Lucas - I was thinking the Harry Potter guy.

  3. Wasn't there a story a while back where RPatz talked about how his sisters used to dress him up like a girl when he was, like, 10 years old? Makeup, dresses, wig... the whole thing. I could totally see him doing this.

  4. I'd go with RPattz. Radcliffe seems to be getting steady work on stage and in movies.

  5. Wasnt Tobey Maguire born in California?

    1. I hope it is him. My sister told me a story about the time a friend of her's went up to him at a bar and told him how much she liked him in Spiderman and his reaction was "oh really then suck my d*ck." Don't know why someone as homely looking like him would have such a big ego.

  6. I thought whats-his-face in Pirates of the Caribbean who really doesn't have a job now...his name escapes me at the moment, but you know...Will Turner?? He's pretty.

  7. Hmmm.. I just can't picture RPatz or DanRad regularly doing this or we'd have heard about it before now? But, I suck at these, so..

Christian Bale, although I wonder if he actually has friends?

  9. Didn't see foreign born. Back to guessing.

  10. The brother that isn't dating Miley? I watched Snow White and the Huntsmen over the weekend. Wow it was a hot mess. I don't understand Charlize Thereon's decision to be in it.

  11. Well, I've got nothing but I'm thinking definitely NOT Daniel Radcliffe since as someone else mentioned, he's working quite a lot and he's doing well critically both on stage and on screen.

  12. Oh! I like the Orlando Bloom guess, but his wife is so high profile IDT he;d go without notice.

  13. Wow - am I the only one to think of Hayden Christensen?

  14. UM OMFG YUP. Hayden. He has such a pretty face. I'd like to see him in a dress, tbh

  15. @SKOR, that is a great guess. Much easier to imagine than anything else up to now.

  16. Keifer Sutherland, now that 24 is kaput

  17. Wendy, if you are talking about Tobey Maguire, he was born and raised in the US.

I REALLY like the Hayden Christiansen guess. That makes the most sense to me because Radcliffe is doing some amazing things and so many people still want to work with him and RPatz, as much as I would like this to be him, still has a lot of people clamoring to work with him for some reason.

    1. Thats ok. I just think jerks like Tobey need to be outed. I haven't had a reason to yet.

  18. Hayden C came into our restaurant with one close-seeming male friend in his 20's, with Anthony Daniels (C3PO), an openly gay man who brought HIS friends---Hilarious, loud, elder queen-types (not a slur, meant with love).

...When AD's very 'obviously gay', very funny friends started queening it up really loud, even though the place was empty except for them--- Hayden & his buddy darted out, looking uncomfortable, and never even waited for their drink.

That was at the convention for the premiere of his first SW film, back when he was being heavily promoted as a heartthrob. His walking away from such a good time made me wonder then if Hayden was uncomfortable with himself being gay. IDK.

(Btw, Anthony Daniels is gay, but he is a dirty, dirty FLIRT to ALL genders; he is hilarious, cheeky---Every bit a good time. No problems talking with us 'little people', relished it in fact. Terrific man, a treasure.)

    (Sorry long story)

  19. Hayden Christiansen is a lovely man, too. Definitely not Chris Hemsworth, he's got steady work still in the Marvel franchise with Thor and the next Avengers movie and auditioning to be my other husband. (Kidding, Mr Izzie!!)

Whoever it is, if he's good at it, has fun doing it, and can make a living out of it - I say good for him!

  20. DRad hasn't been shy about his friends who dress up.

  21. @libby, Hayden was still very young then, so maybe so, although even though I'm 100% in favor of just being who you are, I have to admit that when the gay camp thing crosses the line and goes overboard, it makes me uncomfortable too, just as any obnoxious behavior wears thin fast for most people.

DanRad is DanRAD as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for the link Mikey. I think this is RPatz.

  23. Sutherland is not a part of a franchise plus he's still on TV with his new series. I would love to see hinm in drag though.

The Hemsworth, not Miley's boyfriend is Chris and he has Thor 2 coming out, The sequel to The Huntsman, Avengers 2 and more.

I like the RPatz guess even though he has crap coming up as well.

  24. Oh, trust me, phoenix, I understood---Especially with the pressure he was getting from work also. I hate that so much; friends were all closeted when I was younger. Hayden had a franchise on him, and that burden would be awful!

They WERE kinda whooping it up. I felt bad that he missed out on dinner and everything, I guess. But you're right, it wears sometimes I suppose.
He had shame on his face as he left. He even kinda snuck out of a mostly-empty restaurant. It made me sad is all, when everyone he came with was so jolly.

    (forgive my novels, guys)

  25. I can see Christian H because he is so purdy! Although you don't have to be gay to want to dress I women's clothing.

Rocketytank: Say what you will about Christian Bale but he's truly an a amazing actor and has been doing it all his life. I cannot see him losing any traction in fame. IMHO

  26. Orlando's in the next two Hobbits, right? That's 3 years of being at least a C then, so I'm hesitant to say it's him. He does fit the best though.

  27. I don't see this as Hayden C. because it says he's good at performing.

  29. I thought Kelsey Grammer as I read this. Could this not be a TV franchise?

  30. Never mind, Kelsey Grammer was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  31. ENTY listed as Easy (we know that is not always the case). I think that narrows it to Patterson or Ratcliffe that fit the best. Although DRad seems like a great guy he fits the best esp when there is evidence of his interest in serious cross dressing. Unless someone comes up with something about RPats interest then I'd go with DRad.

  33. I think it's Hayden. I love him. Every since Life As A House, which is so good, IMO. I want to have his lovely babies, come on out Hayden and I'll be your serrogat :)

  34. RPatz is WAY too fuzzy most of the time to be this guy. I'd expect him to be at least clean shaven and probably quite well groomed.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Definitely not Christian Bale--he's in Boston right now filming the David O. Russell ABSCAM movie as one of the leads, plus he's an Oscar winner from within the past 5 years, so that ought to be good for B+ list at least.
