Omarosa Threatens To Sue LaToya Jackson

Everyone wants some Jackson money and Omarosa is going to try and get hers by suing LaToya Jackson. Omarosa will lose, but if she wants to spend the money, then she can try. On the show Celebrity Apprentice, LaToya says that Omarosa probably caused the heart attack that killed Michael Clarke Duncan and pulled the cord. Omarosa says it is defamation. In a statement by her lawyer, they keep referring to Omarosa as Reverend. Yes, she is, but I think they do it to make it seem like she is some saint. Yes, she performed CPR on Michael and saved him, but LaToya also says that Omarosa probably caused the heart attack. How can that be defamation? No one knows what caused it or triggered it. The good news is that someone is actually talking about Celebrity Apprentice.

I do not like Omarosa *at all* but I would totally slap a lawsuit on LaToya. What a cruel, horrible thing to say to someone who lost their partner. B*.

LaToya lives in a glass house, with her brother dying young from addiction. That is a really LOW blow, Toy.
Omarosa could have countered that the stress of MJ having to financially support his huge family probably drove him to his early grave, but somehow I think Enty would have mentioned it if O had?

Have you seen what Omarosa has been up to in this boardroom? I know people can have a different personality away from work but not the miles it would take for Omarosa's apple to fall away from the evil bitch tree.

I have never watched this show (although I was tempted with Gary Busey).

To say that about someone's partner is just rotten, rotten, rotten.

My dad smoked 3 packs a day - my mom died of a heart attack. Mom's sister accused my dad of killing her with 2nd hand smoke (right after the funeral, no less). I don't think I've ever been that pissed off at a family member and really gave her a piece of my mind. Needless to say, my siblings and I pretty much wrote that relationship off.

Remarks like that are just unforgivable.

I've never watched the Apprentice but last night my husband was watching highlights from it and I overhead Donald Trump saying, "I don't even like to call this a show. The Apprentice is so much bigger than just a TV show."

That guy is such a delusional egomaniac it boggles my mind.

I always thought that too. I'm totally team LaToya on this one. I think Omarosa caused the heart attack...not from poison, but from her horrible personality and stressing him out all the time. Michael Clarke Duncan seemed like such a good and sweet man. Why would he settle for trash like Omarosa? She definitely added to the heart attack I'm sure.

@Lotta - she's backstabbing and two-faced... she'll say anything, and does, and twists others' words around so that they don't know what's up... I think she had a law degree, she sure acts like a lawyer. People love to hate her, The Apprentice made her a D-List celeb. Too bad.

I watch the show in question. I am not sure what Omarosa is really like, but on the show she is an evil witch. She does whatever she can to try to take control. if she can't get control, then she works against everyone else, and her mouth is "most foul." When LaToya made her comments, I just had to laugh! The producers and directors of the show (including, I am sure, The Donald himself) should be sued by LaToya because they are the ones who chose the film clips of LaToya saying what she did. Remember... the show is not LIVE -- someone films and edits everything.

She is horrid. She gives women a bad name. On season 1 if you did not agree with her it was because she was a black women and you were racist. My favorite scene in season 1 was when there was the big fight on the flight and she was accusing the 1 girl of being racist and the girl said I don't like you because you are a bitch, has nothing to do with skin color.

Yes, and he's awesome. About 12-13 yrs ago, on a girl's night out thing, we ran into him and Big Boi in a club here in ATL. Partied with them for hours, and had a blast! They kept buying the top shelf good stuff for us old heifers, and other than some mild come ons, were very nice and not pigs. Cool dudes.

Can't believe I'm saying this, because I was always "Team Anybody That Wasn't Det. Latoya," before, and "Team Omarosa" versus that POS Piers Morgan, but last night I hoped Latoya would choke Omarosa out and shove her down an elevator shaft. I know she's playing this year's villian, but she takes it past the limit. I do think she truly adored MCD though, ya'll. My sources say she doted on him, and was super kind to him.

I absolutely love Lil John. He is very good at the game. The season he was on before this was when John Rich (from Country's Big & Rich) won. Those two became great friends. It was pretty funny because who would have thought the rapper and the good ole country boy. LOL

Omarosa is probably bitchy in real life, but on reality tv, I think she plays a role. She has become fairly well known from being the villain on The Apprentice, so I think she is just playing up her part. LaToya is batshit crazy. I think the heart attack comment was an extremely low blow.

For all the people who are appalled by LaToya's comment - all I ask is that you watch the first 2 episodes....

I told my husband before this season even started that this season's drinking game could be taking a drink every time Omarosa mentioned Michael Clarke Duncan & she has NOT disappointed me!

(*Take an extra shot each time everyone in the boardroom rolls their eyes when she says "my late fiancee...")

I'm WAITING for the Donald to tell this trick to give it a rest already! Either take the time you need to grieve & do so privately or STAHP exploiting his death for airtime. Its cheap & tacky and she has exploited MCD's death just as much as the tabloids that she claimed she was trying to prevent from releasing the 911 tapes from the night of his heart attack.

Omarosa does not have a clue about the elements that are needed in order to win a defamation lawsuit. First of all, LaToya said "probably". Second, what LaToya said was her opinion. Opinions are not actionable nor winable in court. We are all entitled to our opinions. Third, Omarosa is such a wretched woman and has said so many nasty things to LaToya and just about everybody else, LaToya was thoroughly fed up (we all are) and the nasty comment came to her on the spur of the moment. Good for you LaToya! The judge will dismiss any lawsuit before it even gets to discovery and probably congratulate Latoya on a spur of the moment retort. Omarosa is one of the most pathetic bid mouth loud mouths who can't shut up for one second and listen. Why the H was she even on the show - Mr. Trump. She is NOT a celebrity, just a common roach who thinks far too highly of herself. If she was an actress on a real show, the rest of the cast would insist on replacing her and walk out until their demands were met. Omarosa is just horrid.
