Paris Jackson Is All Grown Up
Paris Jackson is only 14 years old, but already has had her famous father die; has got into a Twitter war with her uncle Randy and has managed to tick off her aunt Janet by getting cast in a movie. It usually takes a teenager a little longer to make everyone in the family upset. Paris called out her uncle Randy for being money hungry and for lying about Katherine Jackson. Randy and his brothers wanted the executors of Michael's estate to step down so they could take their place and start earning some of the fees and claimed that Katherine had suffered a stroke. Paris said it was BS and called her uncle a liar and money hungry. Janet has also been heard from this week who is angry at her mom because her mom let Paris accept a role in a movie. Janet is against all kids being cast in anything and believes all actors should be at least 18. I'm not sure how all of that would work either, but Janet is Janet.

Good for Paris for calling them out. I get Janet's problem with kid actors, but Paris isn't her kid. And her problem with it didn't need to be public.
Well shit, after reading all the pedo and molestation blinds on here, I agree with Janet.
I can see Janet's point (especially since Michael did all that he could while he was alive to keep his kids OUT of the public eye), but if she has a problem with her mom letting this happen, then she should take it it up with her mom, rather than taking it public.
Yeah, maybe Janet knows something that we don't? She was a child actress, after all, she would know.

Janet should know. She was working on Good Times before she was 18. Also, MJ talked extensively about not having a childhood. I think Janet has the right idea.

And I wonder if the rest of the Jacksons see Michael's kids as family at all, or just as an obstacle in front of MJ $$$.
There is no way MJ is their biological father. I wonder who is the father.
If Janet sincerely believes that all actors should be over 18, can I assume that she would not appear in any projects that also feature child actors?
I think those kids would benefit more if they weren't in movies or in the public eye all the time. They need to be children! I understand Paris wants to act but I hope she (all of them really) gets the chance to go to college or an acting school. She is gorgeous tho!
Yea, I'm sure Janet has her share of horror stories. That family is the definition of dysfunctional.
Here's hoping they can break the cycle with Michael's kids. And, I agree, she's a beauty.

I have my own feeling about Michael Jackson the person, but holy xenu, is Paris the most poised, intelligent sounding 14 yo I have ever seen!
I think Enty just got sick of all the whining that the posts didn't start earlier. It was hard for us East Coasters to wait until past noon!
The posts are obviously time released. I'm pretty sure Enty doesn't sit there on release day carefully releasing a post every fifteen minutes. Who cares anyway?
The thing is, it's a double edged sword--on the one hand, she's Paris Jackson, and who's going to try anything untoward with her? On the other hand, she's PARIS JACKSON--what a coup for some deviant! But I wouldn't want to be on Janet's bad side, especially in a situation like that. I think her fame, seemingly level head and famous family will protect her, thankfully.
That said, I have to agree with everybody here--the girl is gorgeous.
I would like to think Katherine, Janet and Rebbie will protect her. The rest of them are in it for the money.

Clearly, some people don't like the little princesses, but that's largely because we are all free to have our own taste.

I can see what Janet is saying about not allowing Paris to get too involved in the business right now. Some freak would love to have Paris as a notch on their perverted belt. As she gets older, she can defend herself better.
As for the estate, it's obvious that Katherine is allowing the executors to run things. Makes sense, as she's 80 years old and in frail health. Paris and her brothers can only hope that their grandmother survives for another 4-5 years. Then, Prince and Paris will be 18 and 19 years old, and legally in position to speak on their own behalf. Those greedy uncles need to stay away. Michael left them out of his will/trust. They should take a hint.

Every time I picture Janet as an actress, all I can remember is her stint on "Good Times" as the little girl with burn marks from an iron on her arm.
Also, I still think that Paris' parents are Debbie Rowe and Arnold Klein.
Don't y'all 'member - wasn't she the hot girlfriend on Different Strokes? Loved that show even more than Good Times. But less than Sanford and Son (which Janet wasn't on, of course, but I used to watch it on the same channel as Good Times in reruns.)
Pretty kid, I hope Katherine lives long enough for these kids to handle their own affairs...that family is a pack of vultures....

You know, I actually do think that Janet is trying to protect her niece and that's wonderful. Not the best way to go about it, of course, but I think that her intentions are good.
I'm sure that the executor of MJ's will has already decided who will have legal custody of the three kids if/when Katherine dies. They're not going to let all that money disappear into the hands of mooching relatives.

I can see why Janet wouldn't want Paris getting into showbiz. She's seen first-hand what tragedies happen to child stars, and even when management is someone you "trust" (i.e. your father), it can be total Hell. I think she just wants to protect her from the horrors that she's seen, and what likely contributed to MJs death over the long term.
Re: Paris' uncles - money brings out the absolute worst in families. My aunt tried to accuse me of killing my grandmother (who she hadn't seen in 45 years) because she was left out of the will. It's such a shame. I'd give anything to have my grandma back over some stupid money, and I'm sure Paris feels the same way about her dad (whether or not he's biological is irrelevant here).
I hope Michaels kids can survive this crazy family and escape unscathed (relatively). They seem like the most normal which is kinda ironic if you think about it...
How old do you have to be in CA to become an emancipated minor ? She should aim for that and get some serious financial education from a "mentor" so she can participate in the fate of the fortune.

Seeing that Randy was working in a grocery store stocking can goods a few years ago. I can see him and the other deadbeat Jacksons making a money grab.
Oh yeah, they want a piece of that pie and it's killing them being that close to money and can't get at it. Thank God MJ never named them in his will.
I can only imagine what would happen if the executors were replaced by that brain trust of Jacksons. They would plunder it without a second thought. The executors saved the estate and turned it around and they haven't exploited Michael's legacy with selling belt buckles and crappy perfume the way Joe has tried to.
I'm convinced the bio dad of Paris & Prince the first is Dr. Arnold Klein. Prince looks exactly like him and Paris has a strong resemblence to him too. And jesus she sure lucked out not looking like her mother for 14 she is a knock out.
I don't know if Debbie Rowe is really her mother, I mean, if so, she sure is better looking that her mom.
Michael is of course not the father, but that's a given. Whoever the father is, though, is darker because Paris has that gorgeous olive skin. Olive skin + blue eyes has to be THE most gorgeous combination possible.
I really really really hope these kids are going to make it through life relatively unscathed. Acting, as a minor, is not going to help AT ALL. With Janet on this one.

I honestly think that Paris looks mixed, I don't know if MJ is her real dad though. She does look like Debbie Rowe, who was a light skin/blue eyed person, so maybe thats why Paris isn't darker? But she still has a darker skin tone. She's so gorgeous! I think MJ would be proud, but I think he would want to keep her safe
In spite of all the rumors about MJ, Paris seems like a very well-adjusted and intelligent kid. And drop-dead gorgeous, to boot. I do agree with JJ - either that, or the industry needs to be hosed down from top to bottom. Pedos tend to be drawn towards professions that expose them to their prey, and what better industry than Hollywood/Disney?

There's a reason why Michael only trusted his mother with his children. If he trusted Janet she would have been the guardian so I don't trust her and could care less about her opinion regarding those children. It's probably because she had a child and didn't raise it herself. Her sister Maureen is raising her child so Janet raise your own before you start worrying about someone else's kid.
Paris is so heartrenchingly beautiful. If her daddy were alive, Goddess he'd be so protective of her. Those eyes!
I hope she's got a protector with her 24/7 on that set. It'd be a good experience for her but I understand why her aunt is protective, Janet has experience with that sort of thing and knows what's up.
It is time someone said something to those money-grabbing uncles of hers. If her dad would have put his foot down years ago he might still be here. It is poetic justice and speaks to the kind of fathering he did that she has the bravery and savvy to speak out against those less successful brothers of his.

Joe and Katherine Jackson fed their children to the beast that is the entertainment industry. Now, with the most successful gone, Katherine allows the next generation to follow in his footsteps? I find this repulsive--especially considering the lengths to which M.J. went to keep his kids out of the public eye.
I think she's really pretty, but I wish she would change her hair. I don't know why it bugs me so much.

I don't think Janet needs to worry; Paris is remarkably well-adjusted considering all -- its nice to see her calling her family out for what they can be.
I always thought it was strange that MJ didn't have Janet as their gaurdian, and had his elderly Mom do it.

Not that it matters, because MJ will always be her true father...
She doesn't look mixed race to me, mostly because she has the exact same coloring as my daughter. Swarthy skin (in our case from Native American/Italian ancestors) and blue eyes (courtesy of my Irish great,great,great grandfather-- the only other blue eyed person in my family that anyone knows of). I think her bio parents are of white ancestry. Also it not impossible, but it is unlikely, that any given black person is carrying a blue eye chromosome.

Greedy brothers wants a piece of the pie. Randy is the pied piper here. He never supported his own kids, beat-up his then pregnant wife and all his kids are estranged from him. MJ was practically the one who financially supported the children of his deadbeat dad brothers and now they want the executors of the estate to stepdown so they can have their hands on money. Greedy bastards.
It is 100% the parents fault on the bad cases of child actors like in these recent blinds! .. The parents turning a blind eye! Child acting is like any other child activity... like sports (have you seen those crazy sports parents and the pressure there!?!) The parents job is to protect!!!! And they have failed on these poor child actor blinds!
Janet is a mess like her brothers and sisters because of HER parents! A father who used the belt and put too much pressure on the kids to perform AND a mom who turned a blind eye at what was going on! ... the sad thing is that PARIS is being raised by the same people.. BUT at least she is older now. Sounds like she has a level head. I think she will be just fine!!!
FYI there are over 200 successful former child actors who made it to adulthood just fine! .. They just don't make good news... so you don't hear about them!
If the Jackson family had half a brain among them they would ask for some advice from Priscilla and Lisa Marie Presley.
Priscilla made Elvis' name worth a lot more after he died than when he was alive (at least at the end)--and I bet LM would give them some thoughts about how to make Michael's legacy big enough to support all of them.
Paris is a very special girl--there is a lot of Michael in her--if he is not her biological father, he is her spiritual father. I don't get that same vibe from the boys but she just shines the way Michael did.
