Michael Jackson's Mom Reported Missing
After not being able to get a hold of Katherine Jackson for a week, one of her nephews reported her missing to the Los Angeles Police Department. The thing is, Katherine is not missing, but has been in Arizona. She has just chosen to not talk to most of her family members which does not surprise me because they are trying to stab her in the back and take as much money as they can for themselves. Jermaine Jackson took some time off from structuring his plastic hair and hiding money in his wife's bank account to take a dig at Paris Jackson in a Tweet. "I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us."
What an ass. I can't believe how desperate these people are to get their hands on Michael's money.

Paris said she is being treated by the doctor that testified for Dr. Murray in the trial. Sounds like someone kidnapped her and put her in the care of someone that will say whatever the "family" wants him to say. Sickening.

how did she get to Arizona and who is in charge of the children she is supposed to be caring for in her absense? I know most of the other Jacksons are broke but this is sick to hold your own mother medically hostage like this for the sake of money. Cuhrazzeee
When I first saw this I thought Katherine had stopped communicating with Jermaine, Janet, et al. Then I read Paris and the other kids haven't been able to speak to her. Princess, I think you hit the nail on the head. The estate generates around $250 million annually and the crazy fuckin Jackson's want that money! I bet old man Grinch Face is lurking in the shadows orchestrating the whole sad debacle.

Katherine is an elderly woman with no specific financial education. Leaving her in charge of a multi-billion-dollar estate - as well as three young children - was a pretty nasty trick, since Michael knew what his siblings were capable of. This can't be a pleasant way to spend her golden years.
I think the point is to get their hands on Katherine's allowance. As long as her kids are with her they'll have her money at the least. I feel bad for Michael's kids, theyll probably never be a day when some family member is not trying to hustle them.
I thought Janet was taking care of business and the kids. I thought she was the honest one that would protect Michaels children. Where is she? She certainly has her own money.
I agree with you but the problem is that he probably felt like he had no choices.
This story got my attention when I woke up at 4 this a.m., and it's one of those rare times when a "celebrity" news story has this kind of worrying effect on me. Those tweets from her granddaughter! Oh my god! And then she's -- she's being "cared for" in an undisclosed location and not allowed to communicate with her family. Ugh. Not liking this.
I have a feeling Prince or Paris will have to emancipate themselves to have some kind of legal say in what happens to them if Katherine passes. I don't think Diana Ross will want to get into this mess as she was next in line to be their guardian.
Janet might not need money but she might feel the exectors for whatever reasons don't have the familys best interest at heart. I think Janet is a bit nutty herself.

If you've ever been involved in settling an estate, you probably get this situation. I've been involved in several settled in a reasonable fashion, and one where sneaking and hiding of money took place. The old "she would have wanted it this way" mentality, if you know what I mean.
And this was just regular, middle class sums of money. People who already known crazies like the Jacksons, who now have money issues? Forget about it!
Hope the grandma is returned safely to her grand kids, and those responsible are prosecuted if possible.
I heard Janet is broke, some other site reported a while back that Jermaine Dupri was cash poor when they were together and he ran through a lot of hers. That may or may not be true, but it's crazy how people who see more money in a year than we see in a lifetime are always crying poor.
I'd love to be that kind of poor, driving a Bentley.

Paris is a smart little girl, I hope the family doesn't try to shut her up somehow. If they'd go as far as to kidnap their mom and try to have her declared their dependent they are capable of anything. Such greed.
What gets me is that every single one of them are gifted performers and singers. Janet still has earning power. I think she doesn't want to support them all so would rather try to help them steal money from his kids than have them knocking at her door.

The estate left everything to Katherine and Micheal's kids. The other Jackson kids were left out. They get nothing and they are contesting the will.
Katherine has primary physical custody of Micheal's kids in L.A.
All of a sudden Katherine is now unreachable and in the care of the Jackson kids who want money from the estate and Micheal's kids are not allowed to even talk to their guardian? Something is very fishy. It sure looks to me like she has been kidnapped.
At what point does CPS step in if the minor children in Katherine's care have not been able to reach her for a week?

Paris may be smart, but she has been brain washed to believe that her dad wasn't a drug addict...and that rests solely on Katherine and her head in the sand approach to her children and their considerable problems. When it takes more than a few days to plan a funeral and lay someone to rest, then you have to wonder what else they will try to get away with to get their hands on $$$$$.
I don't know the facts, but wouldn't Michael have some kind of legal provision in that when his mom passes, his kids will have another guardian?
Or his money would be held in trust where his slimy family could. It touch it?

Them taking awhile to bury someone is not uncommon with African Americans unless the person was older or terminally ill.
Families, my uncle wanted to have my great uncle declared incompetent ...however he needed my mom to go along with it because she was the one who looked after him and his affairs...
Seems he was really pissed over my great uncle enjoying his money in his old age. Needless to say it didn't happen.
But when it come to money people get crazy.

Also if Janet needed money she could do a year in Vegas, I'm pretty sure the they would jump at the chance of getting Janet she puts on a great show...
Enty didn't post all the information. Paris, who Katherine is guardian of, can't even speak or find her Grandma. She has posted tweets asking for help if anyone sees her, and even posted a phone number to find her.
It's very fishy.
OK. One last comment before I give up on this family forever.
Paris is a 14-year-old girl. And 14-year-old girls are never hysterical or dramatic. She just recently arrived into the public eye and seems to like the fame. She also believes her father was NOT a drug addict.
Let's not forget there are lawyers and such also involved in looking out for the children's best interests. Putting faith in a girl's twitter words above many other grown-ups statements (whose mother very well may be dying) is a huge leap I'm not ready to make at this time.

Paris SHOULD be told all of the great things her father did...and his human failings should be kept from her...she is a CHILD who lost her father for god's sake; he should be her hero.
She is also clearly scared for her grandmother. Kids today don't call their friends to pass on info...they social network it.
CNN reported that the kids never go more than 24 hours without talking to their grandmother and when the kids have called, they have been told by their aunts that their grandmother is "unavailable". Even if she is resting under a doctor's care, she can't say "hi" to her grandkids? Fishy, fishy, fishy...3 days after Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie sent a letter to the executors telling them to step down because the will was a fake (even though they have lost all court challenges and the statute has run).
Fishy at best. Criminal at worst.
My sisters-in-law had my mother-in-law 'diagnosed' with Alzheimer's. The next day they took her to the solicitors and had her sign over complete Power of Attorney. My husband had no say in it and they never got a second opinion. We have seen no evidence of Alzheimer's, makes me sick. They also shoved her in a nursing home that was convenient for them, not in the area she had lived in for 30 years. Greed sucks.
Poor kids. Now all the deals have been made and the estate is making hundreds of millions, and the debt is almost cleared, the family wants in. Nope. Not fishy at all. Wonder what advantage Katherine could give them, though. She has no say in the estate.
MJ's estate is being handled by two lawyers (Branca and McLain), Katherine is not in charge of it. He left everything to his kids, his mother and a number of charities. The kids will get the full amount of their inheritance from a trust after their 30th birthday, I think, and an allowance before that.
MJ's second choice for guardian was Diana Ross, not another family member. That says it all, I guess.

I could just imagine what Randy, the most deranged and violent Jackson could've done to Paris if they didn't have bodyguards watching over them 24/7. That guy have no mercy. There's a big possibility she was under duress or was forced to sign that letter. I heard Janet is not even here. There are photos of her this week vacationing and on a yacht somewhere in Italy. It's heartless and irresponsible of the Jackson siblings to just take Katherine somewhere without informing the kids of her whereabouts. The kids have the right to know. She's not only their grandma, she's also the legal guardian of these kids. Selfish mofos.
I think we might be jumping the gun on our assumptions here. Katherine is 82 year old. It's possible her health is fragile. My understanding is that the siblings want the lawyers looked into because they are taking advantage of her and that her charity is a front, and money is being taken.
It seems to me that Rebbie and Janet have always been on the up and up when it comes to family matters.
I also think it's possible Paris is a bit dramatic here. And why aren't we questioning whether an 82 yr old who may have had a stroke is a viable guardian for these kids?

I can't imagine circumstances if Katherine was not gravely ill where she would not be in contact with Michael's kids.
I hope Miss Ross steps up and gets in touch with the kids so they know they have someone looking out for their best interests.
