Brittany Murphy & Terrorism
A reader named Becki wins the award for most interesting story sent in this week. There is a new documentary being released this week called The Terror Within and in the movie it talks about how Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack were being watched and terrorized by the Department Of Homeland Security. They said their phones were bugged and that Simon was consistently abused by Immigration & Customs the entire time he lived in the States.
Apparently the writer of the movie, Julia Davis was a friend of Simon & Brittany and she was being targeted by Homeland Security and this made Brittany and Simon a target. It is bizarre, but you know I love conspiracies.

Wow. That's some letter from her father.
I'm not the most sentimental person in the world, but I was really sad when she died, and I'm sad thinking about her again. She really was cute and unique, and when she was on top of herself, she shone on screen. I just finished that letter, too -- damn! And the reporter, Block, ought not to be writing "objectively" about this case if his daughter truly was a former best friend on the outs with the subject at the time of her death. Journalist, Recuse Thyself!
Why the hell can't people-looking at you Brittany's Mom/Dad/hangers on- just let her have peace?
I'm on the fence whether this IS
a 'Don't let Brittany's name die in peace' story or a fork in the road the helps explain their months apart deaths. Her Dad certainly seems compelled to find out the truth. Does her Mom have more to lose and that is why we are not hearing from her on this?No demands from her challenging autopsy reports?
Still sad any way you look at it.
But what about the conspiracy theories that she was an illuminati sacrafice and simon was her handler and was killed after he was of no use??

Until about a year ago I wouldn't have believed this but now I believe it's possible though her facts may or may not be accurate.
What changed my mind was that I have a friend who completely cut off contact with me and all of our close friends. Wouldn't return calls. Wouldn't visit. All of a sudden she appeared at a mutual friend's doorstep.
We knew she was working for a company and she did the books. Apparently there was fraud done on an international level. She had done nothing wrong, but because she handled the books it was suspected that she knew something. They watched her. They tapped her phone calls. They monitored her computers. She said it was a nightmare. Nothing happened to her, but I can't say the same for the owner of the company.
Addendum: She didn't contact any of her friends because she didn't want any of us to be involved in the whole process.
Also missing Class Alpha, who provided insight into Brittany's life.
^^Unknown - Govt. has done more recently to protect money than any other administration in my lifetime. Madoff scared them bad.
--The mother already made 600k settling with the mold claim, and she now wants more money, so she's suing her former lawyers. She was also writing a book at one time. Guess the parents did not profit enough from her death. What a bunch of BS.
So the older mother, a breast cancer survivor,lived in the same mold infected house as Britt and Simon but didn't croak like they did, THEN got a 600K settlement?

BTW I don't read CDAN any more as there are no "celebs" I really give a crap about... well... maybe Selena Gomez & Ali Fedotowsky, both whom I see on Facebook anyway. Regardless, the Julia Davis "theory" doesn't hold water - no solid evidence to support any of it... like where's the proof she had contact w/ Britt before Her SENSELESS Death? A piece of paper that could've been created/photocopied AFTER She Died isn't "proof". Also there are no remarks from Her old "friends" &/or co-stars to either corroborate or deny the allegations against the DHS... whom we all know is "Em'credibly "Em"nept @ performing even the most simple tasks to make Our Country "secure"- read: they're a joke. Plus Britt 'WAS' proudly pro-America - having relatives in the Marines & traveling in USO Tours Herself. So it's highly doubtful/"Em"mensely illogical that they would have targeted Britt as a "terr0rist" or even conducted surveillance on Her. As well, She Lived on a hill chock full of pathetic Liberals who are truly anti-American... so why would the DHS have targeted Her?
