Jerry Sandusky Arrested Again

Just when you thought it was not going to make you puke to read the news again, Jerry Sandusky was arrested again and this time it is even worse. Yesterday police arrested Sandusky after a new accuser came forward who said, that he had been forced to perform oral sex multiple times and was raped many other times. One of those times he said that he screamed and screamed knowing that Sandusky's wife was downstairs but that she never came upstairs to help him. Oh, his age? 12.

Sandusky met him and a new accuser who was 10 years old at the time he was molested and raped at the charity he founded. How many countless other boys will never come forward. There must be tons. Sandusky's clueless and horrible wife says that Sandusky is not a danger to anyone. Yeah he is. Every second he is walking the streets and free to speak to or see young boys he is dangerous. He is a sick f**k and I hope he dies in jail.

He is beyond being a sick f*ck and should have never been let out on bond. And his wife should be in jail, in a cell next to his, with a big prisoner who will have his way with this wife while Sandusky's cellmate is having his way with him. And may they live a very long life in prison to be used and abused until they are destroyed.

Amen, Unknown!

Gina said...

I hope his wife is charged with something...it has to be a crime to sit back and let this happen. My stomach turned when I read that the kid yelled for help, what a horrible moment when he realized no one would stop that monster. Blech.

selenakyle said...

There is just NO WAY any wife in this situation, having been so long-going, didn't know or at least suspect that something was horridly amiss.

Also, didn't something come out briefly last month about one of their grandchildren possibly being abused, too?

Ditto Unknown! Someone tell me why he is granted BAIL?!?!?!! He is beyond sick. And only $250,000?!?!? Why did the judge deny the prosecutors request to set bail at $1million? Something is very wrong here with way more people than just Sandusky and his wife. Lock her up right now. May they all rot.

Jessica said...

I was hoping when he was out of jail he would start his car in the garage and close the door. His idiot wife needs to be arrested also. She *had* to know. (another little Enty detail is wrong) The boy said he was in a DOWNSTAIRS basement bedroom, and screamed for the wife who was upstairs. The boys also said they were brought dinner to their downstairs bedroom. What wife wouldn't know this was going on when her husband is keeping 12 year old boys in a basement bedroom?

Susan said...

Yeah. When I heard the news report this morning, the part about the kid screaming for help while the wife was upstairs really seriously broke my heart. I'm all for innocent until proven guilty, which I feel we sort of of forget in these types of cases, but it's really hard for me to handle this story and view this guy with an unbiased opinion. Would not want to be on that jury.

annabella said...

yes, I don't understand the low bail either. especially after all of these victims have come forward. it baffles me.

I'm a criminal lawyer and my client was arrested for possession of marijuana and a firearm charge. the bail? 5 million dollars. no joke. he wasn't violent or anything.

so, we have a white man here who anally and orally raped this one victim starting when the victim was 10 and continued for years and there are countless others out there and the bail is $250,000? outrageous.

I hope he stops the tearful interviews with the press, I imagine that they are just rubbing salt into the wounds of the victimized.

I hope they arrest the wife.

Anonymous said...

Sick fuck. His wife is just as guilty because she KNEW EXACTLY what was going on and did nothing. The entire situation is infuriating, but what fuels the fire is this Sandusky fuck gives interviews and denies any wrongdoing? Are you serious, asshole? Do you think ANYONE believes your backwards, demented ass? Not sure if Enty posted this, but I read somewhere recently that someone called Sandusky out on his classic "pedophile speak". This dude needs to have done to him what he did to so many others. Then again, he'd probably enjoy it. Ugh. Sick fucker. Sorry for all of the profanity, but situations like this bring it out in me.

crila16 said...

This man is not even human. I hope he becomes some very large man's boyfriend when he's in prison. I also hope Sandusky is the bottom, and it's forced on him, just like in Shawshank Redemption.

His wife is just as much of an a-hole and I hope karma gets her too.

KLM said...

Gina and Susan, you guys said it perfectly for me. It is so heart-breaking to think about a child who was scared and being physically and emotionally violated to call out for help to someone he KNEW was home, and have no one come to help him. It makes me want to throw up.

I don't believe in capital punishment, but I have to believe there is a special place in hell for people that do this type of thing, or allow this type of thing to happen and do nothing. And if I have to hear Sandusky say that all he did was horse around with these young kids one more fucking time, I am going to lose it. He is a monster.

Rita said...

Agree with KLM, Gina and Susan.

Hell is on earth, as is Heaven. I don't want him to die and get away with it. He needs to be punished by Human Law. There are no words unfortunately, equal enough to his deeds, that I could wish upon him.

Although a certain Iroquois very slow flaying method comes to mind...

Carrie L. said...

Everyone's already said what I was thinking. His wife needs to be in jail with him, for life. And even that is too good a life for the both of them. There is no punishment that will make up for what they've done.

I just feel sick.

Dijea said...

All they have to do is get him in general population. Prisoners don't like pedophiles.

surfer said...

Heard that he just made bail - $250,000 CASH.

Ms Cool said...

Newsweek just had an article about wives of pedophiles like this. Some wife was saying how she never suspected anything until her creep was arrested. Uh huh.

Rita said...

Oh Surfer, that is Heartbreakingly unfair.

Our system is absolutely FUCKED UP. Sad to say, if this were a black man, he would've been behind bars without bail, starting with the FIRST victim's charges. And his day in court would've been much quicker.

What are we at now, victim #16 coming forth with accusations?

Anonymous said...

Dijea, I'm curious, how is it known that prisoners in the general population don't like pedophiles? Probably sounds like a naive question and that I'm being sarcastic but I'm not. Is it just something people like to say so we all feel better thinking this asshole will get what's coming to him in jail? I dunno. I sure hope this fucker gets the living shit beaten out of him. Hell, maybe he'll get it while he's out on bail. I sure hope so.

Unknown said...

I think we now need to put the judge who granted bail in cell #3 next to Sandusky and his wife. And please make sure their cellmates are the most demented and sick twisted sexual predators on the planet. And have around the clock "fun" with these 3.

Murphy Brown 2020 said...

Well, Sandusky and his wife won't be anywhere near each other in the gender segregated prison population if she is, indeed, jailed as an accomplice -- which she should be. I agree with all of you.

But I can't condone rape in any circumstance, even if it's attributed to an eye-for-an-eye prison-based situation. Annabella cited her client, who could be jailed as a nonviolent offender. Does he deserve to be raped, too? What happens if a rape-happy man who's gotten away with countless violations behind bars is somehow released back into the general population? If wardens turn their backs and let it happen, what kind of lesson does that teach?

It's a slippery slope.

KLM said...

I don't want him to be raped. I want him to wake up one day and have a conscience. Then I want the unbearable truth of what he did to come thundering down on him so that he can comprehend what he did to those little boys. That's what I want. I want him to live with knowing what he did. The same for anyone who knowingly participated in this.

Amy in MI said...

Mama Mia, there is a code of "ethics" of sorts behind bars... The gen pop prisoners believe in taking on someone who can defend themselves, or who have wronged you. Children are innocent and can't have wronged you in any way. It's just a sick line that many criminals, hell including some serial killers and murderers, won't cross or condone. Think of drug dealing or gang violence...It's ok to kill a member of the other gang, but don't you be getting it on with a 10 year old.

Rita said...

That's what TMZ posted earlier:
"Jerry Sandusky's wife helped the former Penn State coach post his $250,000 bail this morning -- one day after Jerry was arrested for allegedly raping two additional young boys ... this according to court records.

The records show Sandusky's wife forked over a $50k personal check ... in addition to Jerry using $200,000 in real estate holdings to post the bail. It's not clear if/when Jerry was released from custody.

The court ruled that Sandusky will be confined to his home ... and he is not allowed to have any contact with any witnesses or victims related to the child sex abuse case."

I still don't understand why he was granted bail? If you look at it from a simply legal point of view, after ALL these accusations, isn't he now at a more flight risk than before?

Robert said...

@KLM, etc: Maybe this guy's just desserts would be to "horse around" with a HORSE.
@Mamma Mia: Amy's right; it's pretty common knowledge that in the power hierarchy of prisons, pedophiles are on the shit list--even lower than snitches.

figgy said...

Just joining the chorus calling for Mrs. Sandusky to be charged.

And I want to hear more about how the now-disgraced coach is going to face charges as well...?

kltx said...

Everyone should have known that more would come forward. Unfortunately, boys will come forward less than girls will (not that every girl that is molested comes forward, the percentage of those who come forward is higher than that of boys). So we will never truly know the actual number. I hope for all those abused they seek help, no matter how long ago it happened.

Christine! said...

Bail? I too hope he does not kill himself- I want to see justice, not a coward slipping away simple and easy like.

I hope he gets raped by all the sick fucks, by a broomstick, by a newbie, by a lifer, by the guards, in the lobby, in the laundry and in the face. I hope it goes on for YEARS. It will never be enough to counter the harm and damage done.

How on earth he can be given bail- though the fact he hasn't off'd himself yet says volumes- he believes he is innocent- and the fact he feels innocent makes me wonder what on earth happened to him? What happened that this is all somewhat defendable?

I hope all this news gives some power to victims out there- that you are not alonw and that coming forward does, in most cases- work out for you. NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT IT- keep it in the open so it may NEVER happen again...

I am so sorry for these children...

Sherry said...

I don't understand the low bail or no bail period. Hell yeah he's a flight risk!

And there is something about those women who just do not want to believe. Are they also abused by the men? Happens too frquently to believe there isn't something deeper happening there with them seeing nothing

Believe it or not, the $250K bail is an actual IMPROVEMENT from the first time he was arrested in which the JUDGE (a volunteer at his "charity" who didn't recuse herself) set the bail at a mere $100,000 and let him out without having to put up any cash, this after the DA recommended $500,000. That original judge needs to be disbarred or whatever it is they do to judges when they are corrupt as all fuck.

This entire situation infuriates me, my stomach turns with every report. I am inclined to believe that this Monster is involved in some sort of pedo-ring. I hope some investigative reporter checks out the relationships between all the police/University officials/judges and this BEAST. I honestly believe there is something to be exposed here.

What I find is interesting is that this case isn't making as many major headlines for the degree of horror that has occured. If one were to compared this situation with Brad Pitt, when he left Jennifer Aniston (5-6 years later and we still hear about it). For almost 2 weeks there was no new information, even if it was just on how the public is screaming for justice or where the case seems to be headed. With word of 2 more victims to the list, his name hits the front pages again; yet, there is no further mention of 1- the DA that turned up missing years ago, or 2- officials all through PSU getting fired, or 3- police charges filed for covering this up. I think some associate/s of the Beast (I refuse to type this monster's name) is/are quite high up in the media world (or some powerful position), and, trying to hush this up as best as they can to "protect their own".

As for justice for the victims...there is no justice equal to his crimes, that could be served by any human hand, that could possibly equate to a balanced punishment for the attrocities this Beast has commiteed to the innocent children he has victimized - repeatedly. In my opinion, his wife is just as guilty and should be condemned for turning a "blind eye/ear". To be honest, what I really find shocking, is that no Mother has turned to vigilantism for revenge.

In regards to prison house pecking order, many COs have kindly informed me that pedos are generally kept out of the general population because they are considered the lowest of low. There is always a cigarette bounty on their heads, (or two) for crime against children; since this animal is notorious, someone will want the prestige of knocking him off most heinously.

I know that I don't comment more often, and I apologize, but this is one situation where I am outraged and feel that all people must stand up and be vocal how this kind of behavior must be abolished. Children have the right to stay innocent and safe.

Rita said...

^Well said Rowan!

SusanB said...

@mama mia - I also understand a lot of criminals were themselves abused as children and that's another reason they go after pedophiles. Not that I blame them. And why his wife isn't being held to account is a mystery to me. There's a special place in hell for both of them.

Linnea said...

Rowan, I completely agree with you. Well spoken.

And good point about the judge being a volunteer at his charity - how on earth could she be allowed to still be on this case?

Yes the wife is probably abused. And this ties into the conversation we had the other day about why abuse victims do not leave, and why they shouldnt be blamed for that (which I agree with). But when there are other victims, children, and the grown woman (or man) victim could have saved them? Can you assess blame then? What do you think?

Rita said...

linnea, that's what troubles me the most (besides the horrible maggot's deeds): If you are a result of an abusive childhood, married to an abusive man, how long does it take you to realize that what he is doing to children is wrong?

Wouldn't that be the motive to go all "penis in a garbage disposal" on his ass?

RocketQueen said...

I have no further comments on this sick fuck. I just want to say I hope his wife gets charged. Of COURSE she knew.

Innocent until proven guilty is a thing of the past now. We shouldn't have to waste a taxpayer dime locking these sick folks up for life. Look what happened with Casey Anthony. Can you just imagine the trial? This isn't the sort of person to plead guilty, wife either.

It happens all the time. One of my sisters was raped as a teen by a family member. When she told his wife IN THE HALL right afterward she told her not to be silly, she must have been dreaming. Oh, and he was a cop. Dead now thank God but never ever charged. My sister's been messed up her whole life because of it, along with several of our cousins.

nataliesinger said...

I don't know if anyone is still reading this thread but I have a question...why do you think, this boy who was screaming for help and went on to be assaulted many times, he never told anyone? I keep thinking if he was brave enough, vocal enough, to call out for help when he was down there why didn't he tell someone when he wasn't around Sandusky? Does anyone else wonder that?

Rita said...

@Natalie - although your comment might be misinterpreted as victimizing the victim even more... It has always been the case, that rape victims go back, again and again to their rapists, for unexplainable reasons (or someone can may be explain why).

But it is my understanding that too many kids feel shame, yet are not able 1- to categorically REFUSE spending more time with their abusers, and 2- Reporting the abuse.

They might feel shame, they might feel responsible... Whatever the reason or reasons, this happens all the time.

Will see what might come out during process. The victim might have told someone. Someone might have faced the abuser on the child's behalf, or went to the cops, but nothing came out of it. Sad, but that too happens often. That is why it takes years in certain cases before finally convicting a child molester.

According to RAINN, 60% of rapes go unreported.

Imagine being a child in this kind of circumstance -- particularly a child who has been raped by a trusted authority figure.

nataliesinger said...

@Shela..you're right..it was just a pondering really...it was not in anyway meant to victimize that child all over again..it was simple a question, one that I thought was reasonable.. I simply wondered if anyone else had wondered the same thing..Thanks for getting my point..xn

Good luck keeping your teeth when you go to jail, Jerry. May Karma bite you in the ass with a man as big as a MACK Truck.

ChasingHeaven said...

I think it's important to remember that the victim is a child and perhaps we unfairly expect the child to take adult actions such as reporting this to someone. A child's brain is not yet developed enough to comprehend the magnitude of what has happened nor understand the full picture reality of it all. Sandusky could have threatened these children, he likely " groomed" them into believing what he was doing was not wrong. This could have been interpreted by the child as truth given hoe Sandusky was highly hought of prior to this hitting the news and by his wife not responding to the child when he cried out for help. My heart is broken for anyone affected by such a horrible crime.

Jessie said...

@nataliesinger I'd guess it's easier to call out for help than to afterwards say the words "I was raped" to your mother.

I've heard pedophiles and rapists are the lowest rank in the prisoner system.

Mutiny said...

There is a pecking order in prison and it is just not here in the US. We recently watched a National Geographic program about Russian prisons. The inmates wear dark blue jump suits and they all have a colored band across the shoulders. From what we could figure out is that the band denoted either a crime or something else. We did notice that all rapist and pedos sat in the same area to take their meals and they had different color of stripes than the other prisoners. The prisoners featured in that program pointed out the rapist/pedos and said no one likes them or associates with them.

I really hope Sandusky is placed in a jail cell soon. It bothers me that he may try to kill himself and his victims will never have their day in court. I also hope that the victims sue everyone associated w/this case.

nataliesinger said...

@Jessie and ChasingHeaven..I think that
must be correct..I suppose trying to call for help at the moment is one thing but to then deal with it and to speak of it afterward is too much and yes, god knows what Sandusky said to these boys to make them too intimidated to be able to tell. I blame that whole f----ng football culture; that "they are some kind of heroes" crap on this as well. He was the perpetrator but the fact that SO MANY kids felt they had nobody to turn to in that whole town makes me furious, and not only at Sanduskey.

jax said...

i'm sorry but i hope this sick fuck is violently anally raped 24/7 till he takes his last fucking breathe.

after what he's done, nothing less would be satisfactory, IMO.

Sitting in protective custody for the next 20 years is a slap in the face to victims. NO ONE WAS PROTECTING THEM.

MadLyb said...

Obviously pedophiles are sick, and statistics show we will have a tiny percentage of them in our society. What I don't understand is how you can know your friend is a child rapist and do nothing, and continue chum around with him, knowing he is using his charity as a fucking fishing pond. A pedophile is sick, but how do you explain sane people not doing anything to protect children? There's got to be a special hell for them.

I don't know about the wife - you hear too much about men with double lives who are rapists or killers and their closest family members don't even suspect anything until they're caught. Though I think at this point, if I were the wife, I'd sure as hell have started to wonder after more than a few victims came forward.

This is going to be so hard for the victims and my heart goes out to them. I think some of the kids didn't ask for help when they were being molested because how in the hell do you tell someone about this? Many of these boys were too young to understand, and when they finally did, they likely thought it was their fault and were too ashamed. Also, people running institutions don't tend to believe kids so much, or even treat them like sentient beings. I hope all of the victims get closure with this.

Rose said...

I think when a little child is being tortured and no one comes when he is screaming for help can make him think twice about asking for help again. Even if it's a parent or loved one.
