Ryan Gosling Already Moving On?
Yesterday on the set of Lawless, Ryan Gosling and Rooney Mara seemed much closer than just friends and co-stars. While these photos were taken, the pair were not filming and were just hanging out. Yes, I know that hugs are perfectly acceptable during a relationship with someone else, but when you are holding hands at the same time, that seems a little over the edge of that fine line between friendship and something more. That is like a whole other level of intimacy. It is two things going on rather than one. Plus, holding hands? When is the last time you saw a guy holding hands with a woman who was not his girlfriend? Eva Mendes to Rooney Mara is an interesting change of pace. They certainly are two very different kinds of people and two very different kinds of actresses.

Agree! the hand holding is a different intimacy than friend arm-around-shoulder.
A friend of mine (male) saw Ryan several times yesterday at the Fun Fun Fun event in Austin, and Ryan was solo all day long. Maybe Rooney wasn't feeling up to the atmosphere/didn't like the music.
Ryan Gosling is known to fuck his co-stars since always (Bullock,Dunst,McAdams,Mendes)or to do believe he fucks them ( Michelle Williams and Emma Stone: no one knows what really happened with them)
i believe he's all PR now because actually nothing is exciting than 2 beautiful&hot people dates together (Brangelina)

PS: he's one of my favorite actors (Lars,The Believer,Blue Valentine)and his nose job is very good

To me, Ryan Gossling will ALWAYS be Shawn from Breaker High, which absolutely kills any appeal he may have had.
How can you say this shot wasn't part of filming when there is a massive camera right there in the shot?
Hmm, single co stars fooling around? No, that never happens. Ryan Gosling will be high fived for being a verile man whore and every woman he dates will be labeled a slut. Yawn.
He's looking right at the camera in this photo so he knows he's being photographed, I don't know, PR for the movie maybe? I never know what is real and what isn't.
There are a lot of pix where they're very cozy on the ryangosslingatfunfunfest website (it's called something like that). I think he's feeding her in one of them. For the record, I don't get the RG hype.
EmEyeKay, have you seen any of his movies? I don't think it's about his looks, I think it's about his talent and charisma, which you don't see in photos.
I thought Roney Mara is gay...Well I do admit Ryan could be a game changer.
@Mooshki- Maybe I should see a movie of his because he does nothing for me at all either. Just. Don't. Get. It.
@Mooshki - I should have clarified - I do think he's a good actor - he had me at Lars - but I don't find him hot, I don't get all the swooning. There seems to be quite a bit of swooning. Maybe I've misinterpreted the hype, and it's as you said, more about the talent.
I came back to these comments because I just saw "Quiet Ryan" on Funny or Die - I'm still laughing! The middle, when the soundtrack goes away, and you're waiting for it, waiting for it - ! It's silly, but I'm easily amused.

Pomme, I echo your comments. I think Gosling is a great actor, but this 'I only have eyes for you' nuzzling he does with ALL his costars breaks the magic for me. I'm sure every single one of them fall for it too (who wouldn't?!), which ups the creep factor when you see him repeat the same thing over and over with someone else.
Time to change tactics, dude. It's a fine line between ladies' man and shameless skirtchaser/heartbreaker.

I didn't really get the Gosling-love. I always thought he was a good actor, and good looking maybe, but nothing special.

Ha ha!! Yes - a great nose job! Very natural! Please find me his doctor, will you? (I think it must be Clooney's doc - he looks great also. Best eye job in the business.) While you're at it, I'd also like to know who Demi Moore, Sharon Stone and Christy Brinkley's docs are - they all deserve accolades. You know, just to keep in back of the rolodex for someday...just in case...
Also as @FS & @TheBlackCat mention, there is a massive camera with a wide angle lense right there in the photo, so it looks very much as if they are setting up for an ECU of the two of them. Doesn't mean they weren't fooling around on set, mind you, but it looks as if this is a shot for the movie.
@RocketQueen Yes he's young, hot and single and can screw around with as many women as he wants, but he always gets a free pass because he's hot. If a female actress pulled the same move, how many people on here would call her a whore? I hate double standards, so let's call it like it is, young, hot or whatever he's a manwhore.
You mean like Olivia Wilde? I don't know anyone that calls her a whore, and I don't think Ryan's a manwhore. It's like saying we think he should settle down - what business is it of ours? I wish we'd ban the use of the word "whore" altogether, frankly.
