Christopher Meloni may have left SVU, but according to Michael Ausiello, he is about to land a role on True Blood. The show is already filled with some amazing actors and this would just kind of be like the icing on the cake. Word is that he would play a super powerful vampire. I think he would be great at it. I can't wait for the 5th season.

Jackson Family Complains About Sentence

The Jackson family acts as if they never knew what the maximum sentence Dr. Murray would face if convicted of involuntary manslaughter. He got four years which is the maximum, but the Jackson family think he should have got more. Jermaine says that Dr. Murray should have been charged with second degree murder. Really? It is not like he was forcing Michael Jackson to take all these drugs. I think he was negligent and did not do a good job monitoring his patient but at the same time his patient was going to get these drugs no matter what anyone did. Second degree murder is too harsh. Four years seems about right, although it will probably be two years and he will probably spend it at his house so really not punishment at all.

Gary Giordano Is Out Of Jail

I will say this for the Aruban police. They appear to be honest. You know they must have been tempted the past few months to plant some kind of evidence or make up something to keep Gary Giordano in jail for the murder of Robyn Gardner. You know he is guilty and I know he is guilty, and of course Nancy Grace thinks he is guilty. Of course Nancy thinks everyone is guilty. She thinks Santa should be locked up for the rest of his life because of all the breaking and entering he does each year. She considers it an outrage against justice.

This makes Casey Anthony's lawyer two for two in getting guilty clients off. Gary Giordano was released from jail yesterday after police said they have no body and no evidence any crime took place so they cannot charge Giordano with a crime. Giordano is expected to arrive back in the US later today.

Ali Lohan Does Not Know Her Mom Very Well

I'm not sure Ali Lohan has been interviewed since that disastrous reality show she had with her mother and brother. In that show she played a spoiled diva who though she would record an album in about 30 minutes and could not understand why she had to keep singing for longer than one take. It turned out to be too hard for her. Plus she was not that good. Anyway, Page Six Magazine decided to interview her and asked Ali about all those plastic surgery rumors. Ali said, "Because, like, when would I do that (surgery)? I'm 17 years old. That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that? No! It's not the right thing to do."

OK, First of all Dina would sign off quicker than Lindsay can snort a line of coke and steal your purse if there was some kind of payoff for Dina. Does Ali really think her mom would not sign? Please. Think Lindsay's breasts are real? How old was she when she got them? Dina will sign. If someone offered Ali $1M if she would get a nose job, Dina would already have the hammer out to break it.

Ali also says she does not do drugs. "I just say no [to drugs]. I'm lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from." So, is she saying Lindsay did drugs? No! Shocker. Back To Black Dress Sells For $67,000

It took a long time after her death before clothes worn by Marilyn Monroe started selling for big bucks. It did not take very long at all for an Amy Winehouse dress to sell for crazy money. The dress that Amy wore on the cover of Back To Black was supposed to sell at auction for about $15,000. Instead, yesterday the dress sold for $67,000. The money went to the foundation started by Amy's father. Look, if you have the money and are an Amy Winehouse fan then obviously this is something you would like, but what do you do with it? Do you donate it to a museum or a Hard Rock Cafe? If you have it in your house, do you show it off to people? Do you keep it in your closet? Do you put it on and get a contact high?

Whoops! Pan Am Actress Says Show Is Canceled Then Has To Backtrack

I have to give some credit to Pan Am actress Karine Vanasse for trying to break interesting news quickly. Yesterday she Tweeted that Pan Am was being canceled and that there would only be one episode airing after Christmas. About three hours later she went back on Twitter to apologize and backtrack. Apparently someone at the show told her there was only going to be one more episode filmed, but ABC says the show is not canceled and is still in contention for next year. No it isn't. It is ok to say that you will finish the 13 episodes you ordered and probably air them, but it is not going to be on next season. Not enough people watch it. If it was on a cable network it would be successful because they are used to smaller numbers of viewers and could take more chances. ABC says it is going to run the series until February. They are stopping then because February is sweeps and if you are not good enough to make sweeps month you probably are not going to be back in the fall.

Paulina Gretzky Has Shut Her Twitter Down

Unless you live in Canada, you might have missed the fact that Wayne Gretzky and actress Janet Jones have five children. One of those children is Paulina Gretzky. Until yesterday she had one of the most popular Twitter accounts in Canada. Well, popular with young boys and other horny people. Paulina loved posting pictures of herself on Twitter. The sexier the better. There was never any nudity, but there was also not a lot left to the imagination. Well, parents started to complain because their kids were you know, doing what they will do when they see something like that. So, Wayne was constantly being reminded of his oldest daughter's photos. Last week Wayne had a sit down with his daughter. She even Tweeted that her dad wanted to talk to her about social media. That was her last Tweet. The account was shut down after the dinner. Apparently even though Paulina is 22, she does not want to cross dad. Do you think Wayne should have stayed quiet since his daughter is 22 or do you think parents should come down on their kids about that stuff at any age?

Ali Fedotowsky Is Giving This Fame Thing One Last Shot

Ali Fedotowsky tries her best to be famous. She shows up in Los Angeles and tries to get her photo taken on a regular basis. She is willing to go to any party or event and usually for free. She has constantly inserted herself into the media so I actually know her name unlike most of the Bachelor or Bachelorette contestants. What she has yet to realize though is no one really cares about her. She is vanilla. She is plain. We like our pseudo celebrities to have a little bit of spice. This week, Ali called in every favor she could and got a cover of Kneepads. Seriously? I bet it is the lowest selling cover of the year. In her interview she talks bout how she always tried to make her relationship with Roberto Martinez work and that she wanted to get married and pretty much says it was all his fault. Still don't care. She is like watching paint dry. She probably thinks the Bachelor Pad is beneath her, but that might be her only shot at continued fame.

Daniel Craig Calls The Kardashians F**king Idiots - Get Ready Because There Is Another On The Way

If you were ever on the fence about liking Daniel Craig, today is a good day to go ahead and hop right over to Daniel's side. Go ahead. Give him a big hug and say thanks for hating the Kardashians too. In an interview with UK GQ, Daniel talks about selling yourself and then somehow expecting someone to respect your privacy. Pretty much my mantra.

"It's not about being afraid to be public with your emotions or about who you are and what you stand for. But if you sell it off it's gone. You can't buy it back - you can't buy your privacy back. Ooh I want to be alone. F**k you. We've been in your living room. We were at your birth. You filmed it for us and showed us the placenta and now you want some privacy?"

I think in the above sentence he might have been referring to Katie Price. But he was very specific about his hatred for the Kardashians.

"Look at the Kardashians, they're worth millions. I don't think they were that badly off to begin with but now look at them. You see that and you think 'what, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f**king idiot on television and then you'll pay me millions'".

Unfortunately they will. I wonder if the Kardashians enjoy being hated by every celebrity. Oh, and Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant again so, yeah, probably another season of her show.
