1968 Playmate Of The Year Charged With Attempted Murder
I have never given much thought to what happens to former Playmates Of The Year. But, apparently, even when their time to shine was over 40 years ago they can still generate gossip. The 1968 Playmate Of The Year, Angela Dorian, was arrested on Saturday night and charged with the attempted murder of her boyfriend. At first, Angela told the police that a drug dealer shot her boyfriend, but police believe the two had a fight and Angela allegedly grabbed a gun and shot her boyfriend in the chest from a few feet away.
The boyfriend is expected to live, but if convicted Angela could spend the rest of her life behind bars. Her bail was set at $1M. I'm guessing this was probably not the first fight for the couple and maybe she could argue self defense. I bet when she posed for the picture above 40 years ago she never could have imagined being charged with attempted murder. She looks so hopeful about everything.
Personally, I love the Mary K car.
ReplyDeleteHunting accident? He was cleaning the gun?? Come on ladies! Get with the program!! Drug dealer shot the boyfriend is way, way down the list!
ReplyDeleteIf she was claiming a drug dealer shot him then it raises the question of what they were doing hanging around drug dealers. I would suspect that the post centerfold years have not been kind.
ReplyDeleteWho ever thinks that they will be charged for murder? No one apparently. She couldn't land a rich or wealthy business person back in the day? LOL.
ReplyDeleteLove the pink!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture.

ReplyDeleteMaybe Hef will get her a good lawyer.
ReplyDeleteWhat the frack is on her head????
ReplyDeleteTMZ said she plead not guilty. Hmm...she actually had quite a few roles on TV/movies.
ReplyDeleteFrom her IMDb page:
During one of the Playboy photo sessions, she was reclining in a hammock for one of the pictures that gave way. She suffered two broken ribs.
Ouch!
Makes me wonder whate'er happened to Claudine Longet... I'll have to Google her...
