According to The NY Times, a musical version of Elf is headed to Broadway for the holiday season. Now, I normally do not get that excited about new musicals on Broadway, but, this is Elf. The musical will run starting in mid-November and continue until New Years Day. Now, what would make this truly magical is if they got Will Ferrell to actually star in it with The Zooey.

Montana -- I thought the same thing and then I rented it for my daughters a couple of years ago. It is completely worth all the buzz it gets. It's one of my favorite Christmas movies now. It's a must see!

This is without a doubt - hands down - the single most ridiculous movie I've ever seen in my life! I watched it on a date & was so embarrassed!!! We both fell asleep & both had the holiday spirit. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I love this movie. I went and saw it when it was in the theater and laughed so hard and so loud that people were turning around and looking (which was embarrassing). I bought the movie (which I almost never do) and watch it every year. LOVE IT!

Elf has become a Christmas tradition for me, I watch it every year...that and Bad Santa. They should make a Bad Santa musical!

Oh, Elf is the best Christmas movie AND the best Will Ferrell movie! "Smiling's my favorite." "Is there sugar in syrup? Then YES!" So many great quotes. I would totally go see this.
I loved Elf... my favorite line is the same as chihuahuense SANTA'S COMING!!! SANTA'S COMING!!!! SANTAAAAAA! God I laughed hysterically during that movie, it hurt!
