Lindsay Wants More Opportunities
In the latest issue of Interview Magazine, Lindsay Lohan basically says that she is as good as any other actress working today, especially those that are her age and she wants those roles.
"What hurts me the most is that I work just as hard as any other actress around my age, like Scarlett Johansson, but I just don't get the opportunities that they get because people are so distracted by the mess that I created in my life. But that doesn't mean it's going to last forever."
I'm glad she is taking responsibility for the mess she created in her life, but I don't see any signs of it getting better. She was given another chance with the Ugly Betty part and she totally messed it up. I am actually surprised they didn't reshoot the episodes they disliked Lindsay so much. She was given an opportunity to be on a Top 20 show on network television for four to six episodes and if she did great you know they would have put her on more. Instead, she pissed everyone off and hated working more than a few hours in a day. I'm sure Lindsay would say it was the wrong situation and that if someone would give her a movie she would rock it. Well don't be fooled. People do offer her roles. The thing is she won't take them because they don't pay enough. She wants to be in a studio film with a $100M budget and she is getting indie offers. I hate the sense of entitlement. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. Do you know how many actors and actresses are in LA right now? Thousands upon thousands and lots have more talent than Lindsay. Lots of them. They would kill for any one of those indie roles Lindsay the unemployed actor thinks are beneath her. If you enjoy acting, then act. Act in anything that comes your way. All this shows to me is that Lindsay wants to be rich and famous and doesn't give a crap about acting. So f**k her and f**k her family and unless she does something completely insane, she is on suspension from the blog. Someone needs to kick her in the ass.
In the interview she complains about the press and how they follow her everywhere. Yeah, and if they didn't show up one day she would do something to get them back. I hope no director ever casts her again. Find some other 22 year old out there who wants to do a good job and cares more about the role than the paycheck or how big the trailer is.

I totally agree with you, Enty, she doesn't deserve any good roles that are wasted away and not offered to other much more capable actors!

The sense of entitlement so many people have these days makes my brain bleed. She would be the kind to park in a handicap spot.
You know, I sit here, a single mom working two jobs, struggling to pay the bills, and I look at this young woman and all I can think of is "Screw her and the ship she rode in on."

The comparison to Scarlet Johansson cracks me up. I don't think Woody Allen is going to call anytime soon. Not about a movie anyway.
I liked her as an actress and thought she had potential however she behaves like trash and disrespects non celebrities so she's on my shit list.
That false sense of entitlement will either kill her or slap her back into reality.

OH YAY! Please hold true to your word and don't feed the need for attention and perhaps others will follow suit. Then she can go away and spend all her money on drugs and have to perhaps work for a living. I wouldn't mind if you added Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson to the list.

Lindsay is only interested in attention. The last time she made an indie, no one saw it (Anyone see Chapter 27? Yeah, me neither.) She needs to do an indie to show she can act, because no one thinks of her as an actress anymore -- just a f'up.
She wants money and attention, and the less she gets the better we're all off. Off to the therapist's office to you Ms. Lohan. And you better not come back for at least a year.

People give Sam a hard time about sponging off Lindsay's fame, but that's the only money coming in the door right now, as far as I can see. You just know that Linds is spending that money as fast as she can since she seems to have no other interests.
My advice is that she get a real job, since "worthless jerk celebrity" doesn't seem to pay very well.

I thought the movie "I Know who Killed Me" was her last movie. If you guys think she is a good actress you should see this movie LOL. I saw a clipping it's where she is making out with a guy. The love scenes were horrible. I started laughing.
Personally I don't understand how she ever got work in the first place. She's a TERRIBLE actress. In all of her movies - including "The Parent Trap" - she has this look on her face, throughout each scene, no matter what she is doing, that says "OMG! I'm totally acting". When you watch a Lindsay Lohan movie, you never forget that you are watching Lindsay Lohan. Acting attempt FAIL.

I think Lindsay Lohan decided a long time ago that she wanted to take what little fame and fortune she had and live the socialite lifestyle. The only problem is, unlike Nicole Richie, she actually has to work to make money. She is not a serious actress and is only angry that money isn't coming in now.
OH MY GOD! THAT PHOTO IS FREAKING AWESOME! Lindsay is like your crazy Drunk Chick Friend in college who wantonly, proudly, and flagrantly does drugs and other stupid shit in public and LOVES it when her photo is taken. I mean, look at that. What a obnoxiously adorable little exhibitionist.
Anyway, ScarJo is prettier and obviously works way harder than LiLo, but LiLo is a way better actress without even trying, whereas ScarJo reeks of effort. And LiLo is FAR more interesting in general.
