She’s in rehab to kick her drug and alcohol addictions, but Lindsay Lohan sure isn’t giving up on guys – and she’s been caught being very naughty! Lindsay has been lusting after two different hunk since checking into Promises rehab center in Malibu on May 28 – a fellow patient and her buff personal trainer.
“Lindsay is boy crazy,” a friend confirms. “She can’t help herself!”

“Lindsay sparkles when she’s near him,” an insider tells Star. “They’re glued at the hip. They take smoke breaks together, eat together – they both love Japanese food and Promises has a five-star chef. They also go for walks together and take coffee breaks together after meetings.”
To top things off, literally, Lindsay was in the pool with her new guy when her bikini top “came off.” LiLo acted like she didn’t know how it happened, says the insider, and he helped her back into it!
But Lindsay was most outrageous in her private bedroom after “lights out” – and it has landed her in major hot water with the Promises staff. Residents are strictly forbidden to entertain members of the opposite sex in their rooms, and staffers check on them regularly.
Around midnight on June 17, Lindsay was caught getting seriously cozy with the hunky patient – wearing nothing but a skimpy, short nightie!
The laughing pair went silent when the staffer walked in. A source reveals “As Lindsay got off her bed, her nightgown rode up. The staffer could see that she was wearing no underwear.”
Star has learned that Lilo is also infatuated with her buff and handsome fitness trainer, Matt Searle. She’s allowed out of Promises to exercise at the Spectrum Club in Pacific Palisades.
“Lindsay has been working out with Matt [nearly every day] and has become very friendly with him, even calling him on the days she doesn’t work out,” says a close friend.
“For the first time ever, she looks forward to going to the gym.”
A source reveals Lindsay spends her time in Promises’ tanning beds and using spray tanners – and she’s been wearing full makeup every day.
“Most patients don’t get dolled up because going through rehab is work, not a fashion show. But Lindsay wants to look pretty, and it’s obvious why: She is hoping to keep her Promises hottie interested. But this relationship already looks doomed. Two addicts don’t make a right.”

She is bisexual, which means this could be true. Or the bisexual part might be over-exaggerated because it is just a phase she is going through.
Or somebody could have just wanted to make some extra money and sold the story.
It always seems to be the same thing, doesn't it, whatever she is wearing always rides up and it becomes "obvious" that she isn't wearing any underwear.
Sounds a little recycled to me.

Hmmm, remember when ENT posted that fake item about Lindsay and that guy Britney hooked up with at Promises? I wonder if that's one of Star's sources on this one.
