How to get sued really quickly
I actually love socialitelife.com because they take chances and go as close to the edge as they can, but I would have been scared to run this headline and article. For those of you who don't want to link over, the article is about Anderson Cooper. Anderson Cooper may or may not be gay, and for now he is choosing to keep it his business. The problem with this article is the headline says that Anderson Cooper was Inadvertently Outed by Charity Auction. Just because a man had the winning bid does not make Anderson Cooper gay. Further, the headline makes it seem as if the charity organizers had something to do with the outing of Anderson Cooper and their use of him as a fundraiser in the auction. Now, Anderson Cooper is not going to sue because, well, he is not going to sue. HOWEVER, the charity itself has been implicated as outing someone and they did not. Did the headline damage their fundraising ability and can they prove it? See, even if Anderson Cooper were gay, it is irrelevant to any lawsuit they filed because the question is whether they outed Anderson Cooper with their auction and so Anderson Cooper's sexuality would not necessarily even be an issue.

Perhaps the charity won't sue or threaten to sue because they don't read gossip blogs. Let's hope so cuz I love that site, J.Harvey's the best.
Is he? Probably, where there's smoke there's usually fire, plus he's been seen with the same man for about 18 months.
